Ron Loeppke is Vice-Chairman of U.S. Preventive Medicine (USPM), and serves as co-chair of the company’s International Advisory Board.  USPM provides primary, secondary and tertiary prevention services for all size employers, health plans, and government entities as well as directly to consumers.
 

Dr. Loeppke has over 30 years of clinical and physician executive experience in the Occupational Health, Preventive Medicine and Medical Management arenas. He has provided over 200 presentations nationally and internationally as well as authored numerous articles and book chapters relating to research studies and initiatives in preventive medicine, employer health and productivity, workplace wellness, occupational health, managed care, quality care improvement, adoption of evidence based medicine, consumer driven healthcare and innovative models of healthcare delivery.
 

He is Board Certified in Preventive Medicine; Fellowship trained in Occupational Medicine and is a Fellow of both the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) and the American College of Preventive Medicine, (ACPM). Dr. Loeppke is Vice-President of ACOEM as well as a member of the Board of Directors of ACOEM. He also serves as Co-Chairman of the ACOEM Section on Health and Productivity, which is actively involved in defining and establishing measurement criteria for research in health and productivity and best practice case studies in workplace wellness.

Dr. Loeppke was the Founder, CEO and President of the Health and Productivity Corporation of America (HPCA), headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee. HPCA provided health and productivity enhancement services to employers for their employees, dependants, and retirees. In 2003, HPCA was acquired by CorSolutions where Dr. Loeppke became the EVP and Chief Strategic Officer. CorSolutions was then acquired by Matria (a publicly traded healthcare company) in 2006, whereupon he continued his role as EVP and Chief Strategic Officer. Alere (also a publicly traded healthcare company) then acquired Matria in 2008, where Dr. Loeppke became the EVP of Health and Productivity Strategy.



Dr. Loeppke was also previously the Chief Medical Officer of PhyCor, Inc., a publicly traded healthcare company with over 25,000 affiliated physicians and $1.3 billion in annual revenue, at its peak. Dr. Loeppke also founded and was President of Corporate Health and Medical Programs, Inc., which contracted with over 2000 employers (including Kodak, Hewlett Packard, Teledyne Waterpik, Anheuser Busch, ConAgra) for onsite occupational health and preventive medicine services as well as consulting Medical Director services.
 

He was also the Chairman of the Department of Occupational Health and Preventive Medicine providing clinical and consultative services at the Greeley Medical Clinic, a large multispecialty physician group practice in Colorado. Dr. Loeppke was on the medical staff of the Occupational Medicine section of the National Jewish Hospital and Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine in Denver, Colorado.

Amy Everette is a marketplace and ministry leader with a heart and passion for bringing God’s people together AS ONE, in the spirit, through prayer.  Her business, ministry and personal life are interwoven with prayer and a desire to see God’s people healed physically, spiritually and emotionally.  


Amy leads Colorado Concert of Prayer with the goal of establishing a concert of non-stop prayer in each of Colorado’s 64 counties.  She is also co-owner and Chief Prayer Officer at Marketplace ROCK which takes businesses to higher ground in God’s Kingdom and in their industry by providing a team of intercessors to speak words of encouragement into their life and business while being their spiritual rear guard.


Amy also leads Colorado National Day of Prayer seeking to mobilize and connect people on the first Thursday in May to pray for our cities, state and nation.  This year, the goal is to mobilize believers to host over 200 prayer gatherings across Colorado on Thursday, May 2nd in support of the National Day of Prayer.  The NDP gathering at the Capitol is called Love Conquers, with the goal of seeing 50+ churches minister to thousands of people at Lincoln Park and the Capitol Building.

Dr. Diane Dike is an award-winning speaker, singer, author, certified foster/adoption mom, CVO spokesperson and humanitarian who is known for her inspirational, humorous and joyful spirit. Diane is a radio host who is regularly featured in a variety of print, radio and TV syndications around the world.
 

As founder and president of Second Chance with Saving Grace and the Cryoglobulinemia Vasculitis Organization Diane is impacting the world for good and helping people cope with medical issues. She is Oprah's OWN and Discover Health's Mystery Diagnosis TV, "The Woman Whose Legs Turned Black." All ages connect with Diane, who knows what it is to be broken, homeless and hopeless.
 

She was an elite athlete, teacher, professor and coach when pain became her constant companion at the tender age of 23. After suffering for three years she was finally diagnosed with a debilitating, rare incurable blood disease called cryoglobulinemia vasculitis for which there is no cure.
 

In the midst of her despair, Diane found the secret to happiness and she shares that secret daily around the world while challenging people to "Stay Strong and Courageous-no matter what!" Diane is an expert in perseverance and overcoming seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Diane's experienced terrible tragedy, yet prevails with uncommon courage, her husband, Paul, her growing family and her rescued Italian greyhound service dog, Gracie. Against all odds she lives a life of impact, purpose and victory.
